Every solution starts with a problem. In 1991 we faced one too! Finding an affordable house to rent was a challenge back then. Our Founder Mr. Onkar Singh Parmar had just come to Delhi from his Native in Punjab and it took him countless hours and approximately 30 days to find himself an apartment in the unorganized real estate sector.

Parmar Properties was thus founded from the idea that finding a house should not be that difficult. It should be affordable, accessible and should bring a smile on the face of a home owner. It should not be hard work. Period. 

Since then we have bought happiness on the faces of 5000+ families who proudly have a space that they call home.
